What this site is for
The site presents the restaurant, its menu, catering services and contact details. Reservations, catering quotes and messages sent through the forms are requests: they are confirmed only when a member of our team replies by email or phone.
Menu, prices and allergens
Menu items, prices and availability on the live menu are synced from our point-of-sale system and may change without notice. The price you pay is the one confirmed at the restaurant at the time of your order. The printed PDF menu may differ from the live menu; the live menu prevails.
Our kitchen handles wheat, dairy, eggs, shellfish, fish, peanuts, tree nuts, soy and sesame. Tell your server or write it in your catering request if you have an allergy; we cannot guarantee that any dish is free of a given allergen.
Online ordering and delivery
Delivery and online ordering are provided by Uber Eats, DoorDash and Grubhub under their own terms, prices, fees and privacy policies. When you follow a link to one of those platforms you leave our site, and your order, payment and delivery are handled by them.
Alcohol
Alcoholic beverages are served only to guests 21 years of age or older with valid identification, in accordance with Maryland law.
Intellectual property
The Los Primos name, logo, photographs and texts on this site belong to the restaurant or are used with permission. You may share links to the site; please do not reuse the logo or photos commercially without written consent.
Limitation of liability
We work to keep the information accurate, but the site is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, Los Primos is not liable for losses arising from reliance on the site, from temporary unavailability, or from third-party platforms linked from it.
