Information you give us
When you use the contact or catering forms we collect the details you type: your name, email address, phone number, your message and, for catering, the event date, location, guest count, budget and notes.
- We use it to reply to your request, confirm a reservation or send a catering quote.
- It is emailed to the restaurant through SendGrid and stored in a Google Firebase (Firestore) database with access restricted to the Los Primos team.
- We keep it as long as needed to handle your request and our business records, and delete it when you ask.
Information collected automatically
Our hosting provider records standard server logs (IP address, browser, pages requested) to keep the site secure and working. The forms also keep a short-lived, in-memory count of submissions per IP address to prevent abuse; it is not stored.
If you accept measurement cookies, Google Analytics collects anonymized usage data (pages visited, device type, approximate location) so we can understand how the site is used. Nothing is sent to Google Analytics before you accept. See the cookie policy.
Third parties
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that make the site work: Google (Firebase, Analytics, embedded map), SendGrid (email delivery) and our hosting provider. Delivery platforms (Uber Eats, DoorDash, Grubhub) and social networks linked from the site have their own privacy policies.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop using it, by emailing us. Residents of Maryland and other U.S. states with consumer privacy laws have those rights under state law; we honor them for everyone. We do not engage in targeted advertising or profiling, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS, form submissions are validated on the server, and access to stored data is limited to the people who need it to answer you.
